It looks like another bites the dust. As of today, our account at Altergold has been blocked, we sent a support email to them immediately, but we are not sure if we get any answer from Altergold as we didn't get any in earlier attempts. If this situation doesn't clear up, and they don't inform us whats going to happen in the near future, we will have to implement the same procedures as with e-bullion. (see below).

Dear Members,
we finally made a decision, on how to resolve the E-Bullion problem:
1. When your plan ends, please sent us an email.
2. Tell us in which plan you would like to invest.
3. Tell us which payment processor you would like to use, LR or AG.
4. We will credit you your earnings and invest them in the plan and payment processor of your choice.
5. You then can withdraw new earnings daily, or set compounding in your account.
This way the entire convertion wont be all at once and we will be able to recover easier. You can start from Monday 09-08-08 on.

as we still try to sort out, all the problems connected with the e-bullion outage, we have decided to add Liberty Reserve to our website. Everything is going to be working manual, so please follow the instructions.
Dear e-bullion investor, we are sorry, but you will not be able to withdraw yet, we are trying to recover some funds, and will deposit them to altergold as well as to Liberty reserve. The withdrawals will be possible later, by exchanging from e-bullion to Altergold or Liberty Reserve first. We need you to be patiente as we are trying to recover the at this moment lost funds. yesterday, Aug-5-2008, e-bullion announced maintenance on their website and has not come back yet. We have to wait on developments, as our funds are tied up in e-bullion. No withdrawals will be processed and the exchange has been disabled for the duration of this Situation.
All e-bullion withdrawals will be returned to your account balance.
We hope that this Situation will change soon and we will be able to process all payments.

we received some emails in foreign languaes, we would like to inform you that we use english only for all communications. We answer all emails, so if you don't receive an answer within 24 hours please try to contact us again with a different email address. The main problem are all emails sent from comcast, which we receive back as undeliverable. Therefore it is necessary to change it to yahoo, or gmail or any other.
